This is a very challenging and special overnight trip. we will go to Xiaowutai Mountains (Hebei province) on 12th~14th,June,2009. And I think Xiaowutai is one of the most beautiful mountains nearby Beijing.Welcom to join us,and you’ll get lots of exercise and fabulous views. 20:50 meet at the No.55 bus-station nearby Deshengmen
21:00 start the trip
13[sup]th[/sup], June 2009
1:00 in the morning: arrived at Chiyabao, sleep
6:00 get up and have breakfast
6:40 go to the mountains
7:20 start to climb the mountains
13:00 arrived at the north peak platform, have lunch
13:40 continue climbing
15:00 arrived at the east peak platform
18:00 arrived at the cantonment, encamp, have dinner

Before you join us, please read the following description of participation in activities, costs and security issues.
1. Many factors can not be controlled during outdoor activities; the risk depends on the different geographical environment as well as the intensity and skill level of the hike. Please choose outdoor activities based on your physical condition and your hiking experience.
2. The group leader is the key decision-maker for every activity, and he/she will always make the safety of the participants his/her first concern. During the trip, the leader is responsible for organization, coordination, leading, acting as the main contact person, etc. The leader is also responsible for making decisions for the participants during an emergency.
3. Every participant must take responsibility for their own security. Participants can make reasonable suggestions during the activities, but they also must work towards cooperation and team work in order to conduct the activities smoothly.
4. The activities will be canceled if the weather is not suitable or if there are too few participants. If the activity gets canceled, we will inform all participants.
5. We arrange outdoor activities with the goal of providing an opportunity for people to go hiking. The leaders are volunteers and do not expect payment. Thus, the cost for all outdoor activities only includes each participants needs (transportation, food, accommodation).
6. We arrange transportation according to the number of participants who sign up, so any participants who cannot attend must help split the cost of the trip’s transportation.
7. Before confirming your participation in an activity, please note that participation entails bearing responsibility for all the risks, including the use of transport facilities and other third-party risks; in the event of an injury (including injury caused by falling, sliding, freezing, falling rocks, snake bite, sunburn, car accident or other natural and man-made factors), individuals bear all responsibility for their actions. If an injury is the direct result of another participant’s actions, the injured must seek compensation from the participant who caused their injury. Oasis Outdoor Network is not responsible for the aforementioned risks of injury for any participant.
8. Should any kind of accident occur, Oasis Outdoor Network, its leaders and all team members will make every effort to reduce losses caused by the accident.
9. Oasis Outdoor Network has the right to use this introduction to defend its actions in the case of an accident.
